• Cancellation charges are NIL upto 1 hour prior to departure. Cancellation is not permitted within 1 hour to departure.
•  Date and timing changes to the booking are allowed only upto 1 hour prior to departure at Nil charges
• No changes will be permitted within 1 hour prior to departure.
• Only airport taxes will be refunded in case a guest is a 'no-show' or if cancellations are made within 1 hour to departure.
• There will be no refund for coupon booklets that are partially used.
• Kindly ensure safe custody of your coupon booklet.
• No refund or replacement of coupon booklet is allowed if the same is reported to be lost.
  It is mandatory to submit the coupon at the check-in counter at the time of travel. Guest may be declined boarding in case they are unable to produce the same.
•  Guests holding Kingfisher First Advantage Coupons who want to travel on a sector where there is no KF First Service on the aircraft may travel in the economy class. Please note that no difference of fare can be claimed as the travel in the Economy Class is solely the choice of the Guest.

• The name of the guest will be entered manually by the Issuing Authority on each of the 8 coupons at the time of purchase.
•  Each coupon in this booklet has a coupon number and a unique password under the scratch box on the coupon.
•   The Guest will be solely responsible for the security and protection of the Coupon Number and the Unique Password provided under the scratch box.
• The Booklet can be utilized for travel on any sectors (with a single flight number) operated by Kingfisher Airlines
• This booklet cannot be clubbed with any other promotions and offers.
• If the booklet is lost, the same must be reported immediately to the Kingfisher Airlines call centre to deactivate the same.or can contact us.
• Bookings must be done only through the Kingfisher Airlines Call Centre or with us.
• The purchase of the Booklet under a fictitious name is illegal.
• The Guest agrees to remain bound by the terms and conditions on the Booklet.
• A valid photo-identity card must be carried by the guest.

• Please call the Kingfisher Airlines Call center or us when you would like to use a coupon to make a booking. 
• Please quote the coupon number and the unique password (given under the scratch box).
• The call center or we will give you the confirmation along with the PNR.
•  Please fill in the guest’s name, the flight number, date of travel, PNR and sector on the coupon at the time of utilizing the same.
• Any changes to the booking can only be made through the Kingfisher Airlines Call Centers  or with our Offices.

• Each Coupon is for one-way travel only.
• The 8 coupon booklet is non-transferable, non-endorsable and non-refundable.
• The 12 coupon booklet is transferable, non-endorsable and non-refundable.
• Each Coupon can be redeemed only once.
• Each Coupon has to be used in the sequence provided. 
• The coupon is invalid without the name of the Guest. The name will be entered by the Issuing Authority at the time of purchase of the booklet.
• Bookings can be made only through the Kingfisher Airlines Call Centre or with us.
• Please quote the coupon number and unique password (under the scratch box) at the time of booking. Booking is made subject to seat availability.
•  Date and timing changes are permitted up to 1 hour prior to departure. The same can be done only through the Kingfisher Airlines Call Center or with us.
• No changes are permitted within 1 hour prior to departure. 
• Cancellations are not permitted and there is no refund if the guest is a “no show”.
• This Coupon cannot be clubbed with any other promotions and offers. 
• If the Coupon is lost, the same must be reported immediately to the Kingfisher Airlines call centre or us to deactivate the coupon.

• 'Super Saver Scheme, facilitates individual Passengers traveling on Domestic network.
• FFP mileage points, 500 and 750 will be credited for every Y and J Class coupon respectively. 
• Corporate house scheme benefits will be allowed. 
• Scheme is available for sale during the period from 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009. 
• One single coupon is valid for travel between any city pair on Air India domestic network (both AI and IC code flights), where there is no change of aircraft and flight number, involved. 

1. Can be issued only to Corporate Houses / Companies, against a request letter on the letter head.
2. Can be used by multiple users / employees belonging to the same corporate. However, each user / employee must carry the company issued ID card while traveling with the Corporate Super Saver ticket.
3. Corporate House Scheme benefits will be allowed.
4. Name of the passengers and Sectors of travel can be finalized either at the time of ticket issuance or later at the time of making a reservation.
5. Each coupon can be used on any domestic sector operated with IC / AI code flights where there is no change of aircraft and flight number involved.
6. Bookings for AI code flights can be done 3 days prior to departure date.
7. FFP mileage points of 750 / 500 will be awarded for each Executive / Economy class coupons respectively.
8. Booking will be made in J / W classes as applicable.
9. All the coupons will be endorsed "Non-Refundable / Non-Endorsable / Non-Reroutable". 
10. Tickets can be re-validated (due to No-show or Name change or Sector change) at a charge of Rs. 1,000/- per coupon.
11. A one-time Validity extension for 3 months only would be permitted at a charge of Rs. 1000/- per coupon.

No refund is permissible, once the Corporate Super Saver tickets are issued.
